Israeli-European Partners (IEP) is an independent M&A and investment banking firm founded by entrepreneurs, business, and financial executives from Israel & Europe. Our goal is to establish a bridge for business collaboration between European and Israeli entrepreneurs, corporates, VCs, private equity funds, and Family offices.

Our primary activities include the technology industry, Medical devices, Pharma, Agro & food tech, Cyber, Software, Fintech, Real-estate projects, and energy and infrastructure. IEP assists companies with fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), and executive corporate advisory.

Yoav has been a managing partner of a successful Israeli accounting firm for over 20 years, serving Israeli and global businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs where he has gained vast experience and understanding of diverse business needs. 

Yoav has acted as a financial and business advisor to several techs and media companies, from the pre-seed stage and onwards. Besides his extensive experience in corporate liquidation and insolvency, Yoav is also one of Israel’s greatest experts in global music and in addition to film copyrights (formerly CFO and Co-CEO of EMI music publishing Israel). 

He is a veteran of Ernst & Young, where, as a senior manager, he was responsible for many of his clients’ IPOs in the TASE and Nasdaq. Yoav holds a BA in Accounting, and a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University and is certified as a CPA in Israel. Yoav is a professional and active Music producer and piano and keyboard player.

A seasoned finance and business executive specializing in technology sector transactions. Yoel brings 30 years of extensive board, management, financing, and international business knowledge and expertise where dozens of transactions were executed and over $1Bn have been raised.
As the CFO of multiple technology startups and VCs, Yoel has been instrumental in the formation, management, financing rounds, commercial transactions, JV formations, investor relations, and exits of all. 

Yoel holds a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Bradford University. A sports enthusiast, Yoel spends his free time snowboarding and spinning and doing good.

After the sale of his company he moved from the entrepreneurial to the advisory and investor side.
